I had been looking for a home on and off in Plant City for several years. Renee was so patient and helpful throughout the process. I was not exactly sure of what I wanted in a home except it had to be a larger home in Walden Lakes with relaxing, private backyard setting. During our last house hunting tour we looked at so many houses in such a short period of time until I finally found the home I had to have. Of course the cost of the home was more than I wanted to spend but Renee was so helpful throughout the negotiation process that we were able to get the price where I felt comfortable. My home is perfect and the private backyard is to die for! As this was my first home purchase I really appreciated the time Renee spent to thoroughly review the contract with me and answer my questions. I very much enjoyed working with Renee as she always had a smile, was extremely patient and was not push at all.
