Renext Homes is a full-service, real estate listing agency serving the Greater Tampa Bay area and the Beaches. We are one of a small number of local Realtors who specialize in the senior real estate marketplace. Our agency works closely with elderly homeowners and their adult children with the disposition of long-held family homes to pay for long-term care. We are also well experienced to handle the sale of more complex real property such as condominiums, land, and commercial spaces.

Career opportunities are available for experienced or newly licensed Realtors who are interested in meeting the unique needs of maturing seniors and their adult children. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. It is essential that you currently hold or are willing to obtain the SRES® designation within the first 90 days of employment. This designation ensures that our Realtors are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively assist mature clients with their life-changing decisions.
